Fill out a client application form to book a discovery call with us. We'll discuss your needs and goals, as well as how we can help you achieve them. Afterwards, we'll send a comprehensive and custom project proposal.

02 / ONBOARD

Once the proposal is approved, we'll send you an invitation to your very own Notion client portal, where you can access everything related to our project together, as well as provide input and feedback.

03/ BUILD

After the contract is signed and the initial deposit is settled, we'll schedule a strategy call for our Discovery phase and start building your brand from the ground up!

01 / DISCOVERY

Every project starts with strategy. We’ll have a 1:1 2 hour strategy call or, if time does not allow, we'll send you a questionnaire. After which, We'll be sending a proposal with two possible creative directions for you to choose from. You’ll be given a few days to ponder about which one you resonate most with. The direction you choose will guide our design choices.

02 / BRANDING

We’ll start developing your brand identity, and send you the presentation afterwards for approval. We use the one concept method, where we pour all our attention and energy into the perfect concept based on strategy. You’ll have two rounds of revisions (Rest assured, most of our projects don’t make it past the first!)

03 / ASSETS

With the brand identity finalized, we’ll move on to your chosen asset: packaging, print, social media or web. It’ll be a collaborative process of back-and-forth feedback and conceptualization. Each asset will be tested via digital and physical mockups. If possible, we’ll send you samples. (You’ll have two rounds of revisions as well.)

03 / LAUNCH

Congratulations! You’ll receive a WeTransfer containing all your files. Along this, you’ll receive a comprehensive brand guidelines document to help you (and your team) transition to your new branding. Know that this isn’t goodbye forever! Return anytime for additional support.

How much do your packages cost?Every package is custom to the client's needs, and the cost will depend on the scope of the project. After our discovery call, I will be sending a proposal detailing the cost of the package and the deliverables it comes with.How does payment work?Here at Tanakanie Studio, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit in order to secure your slot. From there, we’ll break up the rest into equal payments that will be settled after each milestone. PH payments are payable via UnionBank or GCash, AU payments via wire transfer and international payments via Transferwise.Can you do just a logo?No, we don't. We believe that you need a full branding and strategy to achieve your goals.Do you offer printing servicesYes! Unfortunately, we only have printing services for clients in the Philippines. Inquire for pricing.What other costs should I watch out for?On top of the package cost, you may have to also pay for: website hosting, domain, font licenses, email hosting, copywriting, photography, and SEO amongst others.

Tanakanie Studio is a boutique branding studio for businesses within the wellness & lifestyle community. We have an exciting set of projects lined up this season, and are looking for 1-2 design intern/s to join our team. The intern will assist in projects and social media content curation.You will be working directly with our CEO to conceptualize, design and manage social media content for Tanakanie's Instagram, Pinterest and Tiktok. You will also provide minor assistance to branding projects as well.We'd love it if you:
• Know your way around Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva (Other video editing platforms are okay!)
• Are familiar with Notion, and/or Google Sheets.
• Are a regular user of IG, Tiktok & Pinterest
• Possess fundamental knowledge of the formal elements of design (color, typography, layout)
• Have an eye for cinematography and design
• Are happy to take initiative and receive constructive feedback
• Have good English communication and presentation skills
• Are responsible, organized and able to deliver outputs on time
• Have a portfolio that complements our styleWork Set-up:
